Using the Flexmail interest groups you can capture your contacts’ clicking behavior on the different links in your email messages behind the scenes. By allocating an interest group to a link in your message, contacts who click on that link will automatically become a member of the assigned interest group.
You can also use this information when creating marketing automation campaigns. Appoint to or remove a contact from an interest group once he meets specific conditions.
Because this information is saved in your contact management, you automatically compose new relevant audiences, that you can then use when launching your campaigns, when segmenting your contacts and when personalizing the content of your email messages.
